Co​-Vid 19 

Due to the CO-VID 19 outbreak we have new guidelines in place to continue serving you in the safest way possible.


All clients and therapists are required to wear a facial covering at all times in the building. 

We will use a no touch thermal temperature screening upon entering to confirm that you don’t have a fever. 

Hand sanitizing stations are readily available. 

We will also be increasing the time in between appointments to allow us to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation. 

Client Guidelines

During this time our waiting area is closed so we ask that you wait in your cars until the time of your appointment.

Please Call/Text (585) 301-6245 when you have arrived for your appointment.

If you are feeling sick or show any symptoms of illness, PLEASE contact us as soon as possible so we can cancel your appointment.

It is recommended that you bring your own water since we cannot provide you with any beverages at this time.

We recommend coming in fragrance-free to prevent triggering allergies, migraines, and environmental sesitivities in out shared office space.

Cancellation Policy

We always hope that you can keep this time set aside for your self-care but in the event that life happens here is our policy:


We ask that you please reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.


If you don't inform us of your cancellation or fail to arrive for your appointment (a.k.a. "No call/No show") You will be charged 100% of your appointment time.


Please understand that the time reserved for your appointment is a slot that someone else could have had. Please be respectful of our time.
